Industrial Equipment Policy Overview
Electric forklifts are industrial assets that begin depreciation immediately after delivery and usage. To ensure fair valuation and safe operation standards, all returns are subject to inspection and usage verification.
A 14-Day Evaluation Period applies after delivery to confirm equipment condition and operational suitability.
Battery Condition Policy
- Battery must show minimal charge cycle usage
- No deep discharge or improper charging allowed
- No physical or thermal damage to battery pack
Usage & Hour Limit
- Return valid only under 2.0 operating hours
- No load abuse or overcapacity lifting
- Fork and mast must remain undamaged
Shipping Policy (FOB)
- Buyer covers return freight cost
- Insurance required during return transport
- Unit must be palletized for pickup
Inspection Requirement
- Full 21-point inspection upon return
- Battery diagnostic report included
- Hydraulic and motor evaluation required

Refund Rejection Conditions

Battery Misuse
Overcharging, deep discharge, or unauthorized battery replacement.
Structural Damage
Fork bending, mast collision, or frame deformation.
Water Exposure
Electrical system damage due to moisture or flooding.
Required Documentation
- Serial Number: Must be clearly visible and match invoice
- Visual Proof: Photos of forklift, battery, and hour meter
- Original Accessories: Charger, manuals, and toolkit included
- Condition Report: Must pass technical inspection review
